I needed help fixing my thermostat and HVAC after trying to replace the thermostat myself and shorting a fuse. Brian talked me through it on the phone for close to 40 minutes and was unbelievably patient and kind, and didn't call me a moron once, even though I may have deserved it. I can't thank him enough for his detailed and thorough help, and great pizza spot recommendations. Will absolutely be calling him back for any HVAC needs.

Brian came out quickly over the weekend for an emergency situation and got our heat back on! We knew we needed additional work done, so Brian texted us afterwards and ensured that we got the appropriate part. He’s been willing to work around our schedule and is quick and efficient. We’re so pleased with his help and will be repeat customers!

Brian and his team are fantastic! We brought them in for a second opinion after being told our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Brian took the time to diagnose the problem and fix it, saving us from an unnecessary expense. They were prompt, quick and clean. I will recommend them any chance I get and have hired them to perform regular maintenance on our HVAC and refrigeration throughout the year. So great to find people who still do honest work!

I called BL Air Quality in a panic trying to get someone out same day and within an hour I met with a technician, Damion. Not only did he correct the problem and get the a/c working again but he cleaned out the roof units to ensure everything is running efficiently and effectively . Our boat has a small refrigeration unit which keeps our refrigeration cool for food. A leak developed by the compressor on the suction side. We brought the unit to Brian shop where he repaired it on the same day. He was very helpful, the unit is working 100%. The service call was extremely fair less than 20% of another local repairman. So. I have found “the guy.” I am going to recommend this gentleman to everyone at the marina. Same day service, fair and reasonable price. You can’t ask for anymore than that. Thank You, BL!
