B&L Lock And Safe

I was quite disappointed with my visit. Upon entering, I was assisted by Brandon with not even a simple hello. I explained that I had called and had spoken with someone that stated my bag could be unlocked and re-keyed for $35 with additional keys for $3 each. He Literally said Nothing, but took the bag, unlocked it and handed it back to me. I thanked him and asked about getting it keyed, he replied 'put your stuff in the bag', I got ready to do that and asked how long would it possibly take? He shrugged his shoulder and replied, I don't know, it could be 30 minutes or two hours, you have to leave it. I bought a brand new safe for my business on November 7th (spent $1700+), 3 weeks in, the lock is stuck and I tried to get someone from B&L Safe and Lock to come to repair the safe a week ago but still, no one showed up. Their office personnel has not contacted me. The last time I heard from them was that they were waiting for the manufacturer to get back to them for the warranty. That makes no sense since I bought it from them they need to service it and later they can take it up with the manufacturer. I'm their customer and they need to take care of me. The problem was fixed 4 days after my review. We have had no issues since the repair. Thank you B & L for making this right.
