Very happy with B&L Ott. I've used them for repairs to my original system, install of a new one, and routine maintenance. They're always responsive and prompt. Techs are always professional and personable; never that awkward "I've got a stranger in my house doing work" vibe, and I appreciate that very much. And you gotta love the pleasant courtesy call to give a heads up that your tech is on their way and should arrive shortly. Great service across the board.

Had a great experience with B & L Ott HVAC maintenance service today. Steven arrived right on time, was polite and professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was checking and answered all of my questions. Everything was done efficiently and thoroughly. It’s clear that Steven takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Had a new Trane propane furnace and heat pump installed and the install technicians were great. From laying drop cloths on the floors and steps, removing the old equipment, and installing the new. Cody was an awesome sales technician, thorough and very helpful. Elliot installed the furnace and went over everything with me and made sure I was satisfied and asked if I had any questions. Jordan installed the heat pump and got his exercise running in and out of the house and to the basement and back. Very happy with B & L Ott, their personnel, and their professionalism. I highly recommend them and thank them for such a smooth transition.

B & L Ott have far exceeded my expectations! I am from a generation that purchases things that are quality and are made to last. Looking to replace a furnace that was 42+ years old was not going to be a quick decision. There are a number of factors to consider. Price and quality reputation were at the top of the checklist. This was our first experience with B&L. We called them due to an issue we had for months nobody could figure out. They were able to identify the issue and fix it within two days time. It was incredible. We cannot thank them enough for fixing our Trane AC/Heat pump system. Which not a lot of people are experienced with. Saved us a lot of money and time.
