We have been using Black Bears services for four years now. Oil deliveries are always on time. And the best part is we do not need to monitor oil level. They know when to deliver. I had a wonderful experience with Black Bear! I have a mini split in my seasonal home, and Black Bear was professional from start to finish. Jeff came out and gave me an estimate and was very honest about my options. Then the following day, Benny & John were the technicians who came out and did the repair job. When they discovered that my gas fireplace was not working, they also quickly and efficiently repaired that and lit my pilot light. I was very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, and courtesy of everyone with whom I spoke or worked with from Black Bear, and I would definitely use this company again!

Tried calling them to schedule a furnace repair, but was told that they only offer their services to their oil purchasing customer only!! Like seriously? Not everyone uses fuel oil furnaces to heat their homes. What an unprofessional and stupid company policy choice!! You’re definitely missing out on a lot of potential business opportunities and new customers!! But what do you care, you’re already a rich oil company!! lol smh 🙄 Stop wasting people’s time and just state this ridiculous policy of yours on your company’s information and website!!

I hired black bear to install central AC and I had an excellent experience. Jeff came over to take a look and was super nice. He sent me a very reasonable estimate quickly (unlike another company I got an estimate from that tried to convince me I needed to switch to electric heat, insulate my basement and ceiling, and upgrade my electrical panel with a quote that took a long time and was ridiculously expensive). They came for the install when I was out of town, were very trustworthy in my home without me and did an awesome job. When I got back there was a heatwave and the central AC was amazing. Jeff is great, their customer service was excellent and they did a perfect a perfect job with the AC. I also ordered oil and they delivered it quickly. I will definitely use them again and would hi
