My old carpet cleaning company canceled on me with very short notice. My husband reached out to Black Diamond and they got us in within days. And their work is amazing! He left my carpets looking good as new and smelling all fresh and clean. Oh, and fast drying too! I will definitely keep using them and highly recommend this company.

They saved my carpet for my new puppy accidents. My new little dog has not completely learned how to go to the bathroom outside yet. So I have tons of tiny urine stains on my carpet. Black Diamond Carpet Cleaning is truly professional. I can see why they are 5 star rated. Tyler was on time and got straight to work.He spent way more time then I expected cleaning my carpet. He got all the urine and odor out of my carpet and it feels so soft. I will definitely be calling them back once my puppy is fully trained to remove the stains that are left over until my little doggy learns how to go outside every time. Tyler responded to may call and made an appointment in a rush type of situation, was on time, cleaned the carpets the best these old carpets could be, spent the extra time to remove as much moisture as possible, carpets were dry in a few hours, was willing to go over areas that I mentioned to make sure I was satisfied. Not only this but he was friendly and professional in all he did. He has become the clearner of choice for us. Would recommend he to anyone.

We scheduled this company to clean the carpets and tile at my dad's house on June 4th as an early Father's Day present but they never showed. We called, texted and messaged them all day with no reply. To this day, we still haven't ever heard back from them.
