I had a toilet issue and was impressed right from the start when Mike actually answered the phone, as this seems to be an issue with other contractors I've called in the past.  They are very professional, knowledgeable and sooo friendly!  I felt like I've known them for years!  They replaced my toilet in less than an hour and the price was vey reasonable.  I am SO happy I finally met competent, reliable and trustworthy plumbers that I can count on for my future plumbing needs.  GREAT guys, GREAT service.  Thanks Mike and Dave!  ❤️

As much as we try to plan things in life, we can’t. Like when your boiler decides to give out during the coldest weekend of the year in the middle of the night ☠️. We called Black Diamond Plumbing to help with our basement renovation. Mike and Dave replaced an old sink in our basement with a beautiful stainless steel sink and they fixed an old broken vent pipe. They also added a new dedicated laundry drain which works great! (our old washer would drain into sink!). They were quick, knowledgeable and professional! We will use again for any plumbing issues.

I highly recommend Black Diamond! Mike is very responsive and fair with pricing. I have had annual furnace maintenance done twice now with this company and they are always prompt and efficient. My furnace is old and Mike and Dave took good care of it, and left the work area cleaner than they found it. I really appreciate working with a small local company who is flexible and honest with services.
