Black Diamond Power Washing

This is our second year using Black Diamond’s holiday lighting service, and we love the way our house looks. The lights are fantastic, and the entire process is super-easy from start to finish. Ryan and the team are very responsive and friendly. Black Diamond does a great job.

We have a Baltimore rowhouse with a complex roof deck. It's two story with one side walled and a pergola and sits on massive posts. It had been five years since it was last pressure washed and restained and, yes, definitely time to get it done. When the estimate came in (at ~$5k), I thought "that's a lot of money for a deck!" (Spoiler: I'm an idiot.) These folks then started work. A team of two and sometimes three worked on the roof for the better part of a week, often working until dark. They were meticulous and even helped us move stuff back when they finished. They got stains out from where a heavy plant trug sat and multiple plants had left rings on the wood that I didn't think there was a chance at getting out. It looks great, was done quickly, and the workers were unfailingly polite

The team is amazing. We’ve used them for a few years now and the level of service is unmatched. Ryan runs a great ship and is super accommodating/helpful. They go above and beyond - always a great job. Ryan is super responsive and is always working to make sure we get exactly what we’ve asked for. Definitely our Christmas go to. We’ve been using them to decorate our house for several years now and love these guys. Our house is tall with a steep roof and some very challenging areas to hang lights, but they get it done quickly and professionally. Communication is great and they are always on schedule. We get a ton of compliments from the neighbors about how nice the lights look.
