They are busy because they are awesome! Great experience from start to finish. Denise came out and did a walk around the property and addressed my concerns and wishes. She was a pleasure to work with and super knowledgeable. Aaron and Jason came out a couple of weeks later and did an amazing job! Top-notch service from the get-go from these 2 gentlemen! Efficient, pleasant, engaging, and thorough. They were a referral to us from one of our neighbors, and 100% we would use Black Diamond again when needed! Great people, solid reputation, and fair prices.
Contracted with Black Diamond for a job in Wilmington. They provided valuable expertise on trees that presented risk in addition to a few I wanted removed. Denise visited onsite for estimate and was detailed in her proposal and responsiveness. Bill and his team came onsite for the removal and were diligent, communicative and thorough. Even cleaning up so there was barely a wood chip in the yard. Price was on target for the job performed and scope of work. Very satisfied with work and highly recommend.
Jason and crew were awesome! They made our fallen trees disappear like magic. They left the area clean and presentable while ensuring everything we wanted to get done was done perfectly. They will be our go-to service forever…thanks guys!!!
