Black Forest Door Repair

Tim with Black Forest Door Repair was the only person we found available to replace our patio door same-day after we accidentally shattered the glass on ours. We decided to go ahead and get the entire door replaced and he did a fantastic job. He was so meticulous and detail oriented. We are so happy with the finished product and can’t wait to have him fix more of our doors!

We had a spring break on our garage door. Called Black Forest Door Repair. Tim came out the same day put a temp fix on my door to get it working just in time before the snow storm hit. Came back the very next day, in the snow storm, to install upgraded springs on the door. He had it fixed within an hour. I'll definitely be using him again.

I called Tim to repair our garage door. He gave estimates over the phone, was on time, and did an amazing job getting my old garage door repaired and going again. I found him to be very honest and his prices are amazing. He certainly has my business anytime I need garage door repairs, or a new door in the future.

I contacted this company extremely early, regarding an emergency break in repair. I didn't know if he would be available but he came out at 7:30am and although the situation required some additional repairs before he could address the door he stayed and helped where he could. Some may have taken advantage of the situation. We are extremely grateful for his services and support during a heart breaking situation. This company is honest and we will be using him for all of our security door needs.

I contacted Tim the night my garage door was not working (on a Saturday). He emailed me back the day after(sunday) and said he would be available to come look at our garage door and see what needed to be done. He was very nice and his customer service was OUTSTANDING. He was taking time out of his weekend to come help us and even explained to my boyfriend what he was doing so he could be more knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend him for any garage door problems you have!
