Black Hawk Waste Disposal

They missed our garbage pickup again this week for the 3rd time in two months. I called Wednesday and the lady said the crew would pick it up by the end of the day. I tried calling their office today (Friday) and it goes straight to voicemail and can no longer accept messages due to being full. Terrible service.

Many times they’ve been late but being a business owner I understand being short staffed. They’re doing what they can and whenever I call they are always very polite and understanding.

This place sucks, refuses to answer phone calls or return calls and never picks up on scheduled days that are being paid for. Would give negative stars if I coule.

Good service, always on time, and fair pricing that doesn’t fluctuate like most companies. Very reliable.

I wish I could call in for questions or information on when our dumpster will be picked up but voicemail box is full and no way to contact them.
