I recently paid Black Knight Roofing to repair an aging wooden fence at my mom’s home in Greeley, CO…the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Owner Adam handled everything professionally and communicated clearly from the start, coordinating all details while I was out of state in Texas. He was prompt with the estimate, fair on price, and kept every promise he made. His crew lead, Alberto, did incredible work… he was on time, courteous, and took real pride in what he did. They repaired and reinforced several sections, replaced bad pickets, reset a gate post in concrete, and even cleaned up and hauled away all the old material at no extra cost. When my mom later noticed a couple small touch‑ups she wanted done, Adam immediately had Alberto come back to make everything perfect.

The crew worked quickly and did an amazing job cleaning up, you would never have known a full roof replacement just happened. Adam was present, available, and responsive to our questions from start to finish. We met with several roofing companies, but what set Adam apart was that he didn’t feel like a sales guy chasing a quota. He was genuine, personable, and hardworking, staying involved instead of disappearing after the contract was signed. It’s rare these days to find that level of integrity and work ethic. We’re really glad we chose Black Knight Roofing and would absolutely recommend them.

Allow me to wax poetic on how freaking awesome Adam and his team at Citadel Roofing are. Punctual, polite, very communicative, understanding, and with us every step of the way when it came to battling our insurance company into covering our roof coverage. They did an absolutely stellar job at finishing our roof in two days and cleaned up every single thing they dropped in the process. If you're looking for a great, trustworthy roofing, look no further. I would use them again and again for any future roof/gutter projects, and you better believe I will be recommending them to all of my friends, family, and neighbors. ... and strangers who don't necessarily need a roofer at the moment, but will in the future.

We had experienced severe hail damage to our home. Being new to the Denver area and not knowing any roofers, our insurance company recommended Citadel Roofing. I called Citadel and the very next day Adam was out to inspect our damage and provided us a detailed damage report that included total roof replacement and damage to our vinyl siding. Adam assured us he would handle meeting w our insurance claim adjuster and work with them. That was the end of our worries. Citadel handled everything with the claim.
