I recently hired Black Magic Chimney Sweep for a full chimney demolition, new installation, and exterior stone finish — and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the very first phone call to the final day of the project, Chris and his team were nothing short of outstanding. They were extremely professional and organized, always sending a reminder text message letting me know exactly when the crew would be arriving. At the end of each workday, they would follow up with photos of the progress before leaving, which gave me total peace of mind — especially since the team was working in my home while I wasn’t there. Having a trustworthy, respectful, and reliable crew in my house was incredibly important to me, and they exceeded every expectation. Communication was excellent

They took the time to explain what work they had performed and what additional work needed to addressed in the near future. All in terms that a layman could understand.I can recommend their service whole heartedly.

Matt was the Technician that we dealt with the most. He was cordial and knowledgeable about all the issues we had with our fireplace. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it perfectly.
