Black Oak led a wide ranging renovation involving a few bedrooms, bathrooms, fireplaces, and utilities - including the master suite. Everything from the initial quoting through finishing design and construction was communicated clearly with great adherence to the initial schedule. We even lived in our basement during a later stages of the renovation. The team worked diligently but also had great interactions with our home family. When there were hiccups on deliveries/timelines the issue was communicated proactively with next steps laid out, with no delay in final project delivery date. We will use Black Oak again if/when we have another renovation - it was our best experience with a Denver-area GC.
