Terrible quality and unprofessional staff. Paid $600 (non-refundable) to have them come up the measure/quote a small kitchen renovation. Mis-measured the countertop ( we caught it in time), mis-quoted the type of counter top requested then upped the price. After weeks and weeks of delays Jackie flat out lied about putting us at the top of the schedule even though we payed the installers travel charge. We were still tacked onto another, larger job. When they finally came up the shelves were cut too to small, the finish and edge treatments of the counter top were wrong, and a high school shop class student could have done a better job finishing the butcher block counter top. General Manager James really doesn’t care about our concerns and we have yet to hear from the owner about our dissatis
