Paid over $12,000 to have our home professionally replumbed by the “best”. After 5 weeks. They still never finished. Tried to force my wife to except a terrible job and make her pay “ you should be happy your house has water.” We kept all the txt and took pictures and caught them trying to cover up multiple things done wrong. I was out of town for part of it and they stressed my wife out to the point she was in tears. When I got home their tone changed and it was yes sir we screwed up yes sir we will fix it. I don’t have to say how lucky Landon is to be an able body still. They cut the water line outside the house by 30', cut holes in the exterior walls then never sealed them or insulated the pipe per code. Put pex 2” deep in the gound and told me it was 12”.again my wife and I took pictur

We had the best experience with Black Plumbing& Heating. First and foremost - they called us back. Sad how rare that is these days. Not only did they call us back but they called us back QUICKLY. We weren’t doing anything urgent, just adding some new plumbing for some outdoor water, and yet they still got it done within less than a weeks time (and that’s only because it fell over a weekend). The guys that came to give our estimate were very knowledgeable and professional and gave great advise when we asked questions. When the time came for our service to be done, Bob and his team did an excellent job! Again - very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Great job to the team at Black Plumbing. We called and they showed up pretty quick. They analyzed the plumbing problem, gave us a price and fixed it correctly. They provided a bill and emails pictures for our records. They also provided a warranty on their work. Excellent and professional service!

The technicians arrived on the scheduled day with the proper equipment. They replaced the old water softener and tankless hot water system. They were polite and cleaned up after the job was completed. Thank you.
