An unknown person crashed our garage door and didn’t accept responsibility! Black Rock owner Craig Kunde looked into alternatives including cutting down and installing a used door while seeking a new one! Trying to find a 14 foot replacement was difficult but he did and it was installed today 4/10/ 2024 by Brian who did a really nice install! I commend and recommend Black Rock highly! Bob Gilliland

We were connected with these guys via a home warranty claim. They did a nice job replacing our motor and brought our door back to life by adding reinforcing bracing and replacing the wear parts. Good communication throughout the process and a fair price.

I didn’t know that I’d be dealing with a thief when I left the repairman on his own. Of all the nerve. He knows what he took and so do I! No complaints as to the repair/replacement of the door opener. I wouldn’t give even a single star if I could choose ZERO!!!!!
