Black Rock Sprinklers

This irrigation company has given us great service. As a community of 25 homes, Black Rock Sprinklers were very amenable to owner schedules and very reasonably priced. We have used them for two years and have been very satisfied.

This is our first year using Black Rock Sprinklers and their customer service is outstanding. Any issues that come up, they are on top of it. It’s a pleasure to work with a company that cares.

Black Rock Sprinklers is awesome!!! I just love my sprinkler system it the bust investment I've ever made. This company was fast friendly and very professional. If your having any problems with your system. Black Rock Sprinklers stand by there promises to come out and solve it. I'm looking forward to next summer so I can use my system it's the 😃👍 greatest.

I reached out to Black Diamond to get my sprinklers winterized and they agreed via email to some time after 3:30 PM on Wednesday October 29th. When I called them on the 29th, they claimed that one of their workers had quit and they wouldn't be able to make it that day, so they were going to reschedule my service for Sunday November 2nd. No more than 10 minutes later, they emailed me saying that my original service was scheduled for October 31 and said I was wrong. When I sent them the email chain showing that they had made a mistake, they apologized and promised to come on November 2nd as agreed. Yet someone showed up at my house on October 31st despite my conversation that this date was incorrect, and no one showed up on the agreed upon date of the 2nd. There is clearly no internal c
