Black Swamp Electrical

I tried getting ahold of a larger electrical company in Findlay that was a block away from my house for three weeks and they never returned my call. I got ahold of Ben with Black Swamp Electrical on Facebook and he was at my house in a few hours. He gave me a quote that was in the middle of the price range that Google estimated my project would cost. Ben then showed up on time for the day of the project. He was quick, clean, and extremely friendly. I haven’t experienced any issues with the outdoor recessed lights he installed and they turned out GREAT!

We had Kamran come fix our power, he was very fast! This company is also very affordable and worked with us needing someone to come out on a Sunday last minute. We truly appreciated how efficient they were! Definitely recommend.

Just had a project completed by Ben @ Black Swamp Electrical. They do great work. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Going above and beyond, during the project Ben noticed a mismatched breaker in my panel and took care of the dangerous situation. Very happy with their services.

Ben was excellent from start to finish. Ben was contracted to run electricity to a pole barn for us. He ran electricity from our existing electrical box into a new box in the pole barn. He installed can lights, overhead lights, outdoor lighting, and electrical outlets. Everything that Ben completed for this project was professional and clean. He labeled all wiring inside of the pole barn, his measurements were exact and uniform, and he maintained a safe workspace. The communication and feedback that Ben provided was excellent. He asked what I wanted and also provided ideas for completing the project. Ben was also easy to reach if I had questions and encouraged me to reach out with any questions or feedback. I would highly recommend Ben for any electrical project.

When you live in a home built 1940 it is normal to face challenges in updating to meet current standards. Ben has helped me several times. From simple fixture installation to upgrading wiring to accommodate installation of TV on interior wall with NO cords showing. I have called on him to upgrade pool wiring and even an emergency bathroom situation. He always approached each challenge with skill and integrity. Always keeping me informed of any issues. Will definitely feel confident in using him for future needs.
