I absolutely LOVE Black Tie Landscaping! Jeremy and his entire team and staff were extremely professional and helpful with my new backyard hardscape design. They were very patient while we had to wait for additional parts to come in for my pergola. I have already referred them to someone, and will continue to do so. Ben and Kyle (and the rest of the crew) did an incredible job installing a paver patio, fire pit, retaining wall with seating, and a putting green. Couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond.

They were hired to clear the snow from our sidewalks and parking lot. The work was subpar and poor quality compared to the amount invoiced. The rise in temperatures and the sun provided the best removal of the snow to do its job -which would have saved a couple thousand dollars. The first evening two individuals came out with simple store bought snow shovels and walked the complex pushing snow off the sidewalk as best they could for a couple guys (who I feel could have just been hired to do the same job for 1/4 of the costs), who ended up leaving a couple long sections untouched. Not to mention leaving the whole outer road sidewalk totally untouched. Not to mention they left their water bottles just on the ground next to the side walk as well. Black Tie Landscaping was the best! They worked well with another contractor remodeling our house. They were prompt, friendly, flexible and did fabulous work.
