Black Tie Moving

We hired Black Tie Moving to move our giant Canon printer (when I say giant I mean 900lbs) and warehouse pallet racks that were over 12ft tall, the 3 guys who came out were phenomenal and so quick. We had spent 13 hours 2 days before trying to finish the move with other movers and it just didn’t get done, but yet Black Tie did it so quick and professional and they even organized the garage to fit all the stuff that was left! Thank you again Hayden, Keenan and Mark!! Great job today!!

Terrible experience with this company. As they finished up my move, the invoice had numerous fees that I had not been told about. Since a hailstorm was starting, I went ahead and paid thinking I could get reimbursed. When I called the company, the guy was very rude and told me that he had a phone recording of the fees being told to me. I told him to play it for me. He never called back. I called again and was told by someone else that I had received it in an email. I told him to produce it. I never heard back. I called again and said that if I had been told I would be charged the credit card fee I would have written a check so I should be refunded it. He laughed at me. They could never show that they had disclosed these extra fees, so I was given back a minimal amount, but certainly not th

My husband and I turned to Black Tie Moving Co when our original movers had canceled on us (two days before the move). They were very quick to get us set up and scheduled for the same day we needed to move originally which I was very grateful for. They sent out a team who worked efficiently and made everything go very smoothly. Romunskee, Triston, Anthony and Isaiah were very professional but friendly and make the move so much easier and stress free than I had imagined. Thankful for their team and the great job they did!

The crew was very professional, showed up early and did a great job. Hayden, Quincy, Leland, Cody, and Victor showed up 15 minutes early, and finished in a very short period of time. They actually charged less than their estimate as they were efficient. They were able to disassemble and remove over 20 cubicles and large furniture in a an hour and a half. Thank you Hayden, Quincy, Leland, Cody, and Victor.
