Black Tie Moving

What an excellent team! They were even jamming out with our boys as they wanted to help too. Great personalities and SO friendly and kind. They were even able to gently move a large piece of furniture without damaging anything that the furniture delivery team couldn't get down to our basement. Truly appreciate the care of every single piece of item moved out of storage and into our home. Great work guys! We hope we never need you again but if we do, we know exactly who to call.

Matt from Black Tie has been amazing . I had to change moving date 4 or 5 times and he never made me feel bad about that . Excellent customer service!! And then on moving day - they send a nice text giving me a name and number to text or call during the move with any questions . And then I spoke with her once the two boys were done because we went over payment and customer satisfaction. Movers were pleasant and polite and on time. We used a different local company to move last year but luckily my husband agreed to me wanting to try Black Tie. We made the right decision!! The other movers get a “C” .. black tie- easy “A” And they are reasonable despite their fancy name ! Thank you Black Tie for helping us move in to our new home in The Vineyards !

Our move was completed by Black Tie Moving. We would highly recommend them. The move was started on 12/11 and delivered on 12/13 per our request. Following the initial pickup, we requested the same team to do the drop-off since they were so professional and conscientious. There were four people who worked extremely fast and yet were cognizant of not damaging our property or leaving dirt in our house. The pricing was unbelievably good especially considering the pricing we received from their competitors. Our move consisted of furniture and several rack, boxes and tubs. Our new home was about 100 miles away. When we received the final call to determine our satisfaction, when asked to rate them from "1-10", we exclaimed "100"!!! Fantastic company and everything arrived unbroken and clean.

The crew was awesome. They worked steady the entire time without any breaks. I have used Black Tie 3 times and every time they performed past expectations
