Wish it was possible to leave zero stars but steer clear of this company. It appears to be a local locksmith shop but it's far from it. Seems to be a call center where they dispatch different contracted locksmiths. They are not transparent about the contractors. You will assume you're doing business with Blackburn locksmith. First technician they sent, couldn't install a smart lock in an existing deadbolt hole. The second guy came out created two new deadbolt holes, attached the smart locks in the hole(did not program them), and relocated one traditional deadbolt lock. He then tried to charge me $860 when the quote in the morning was for $500. The worst part about all of it is that the new deadbolt strike plate is off center and the door frame is split so the door will only lock if not com

Jordan was friendly and kind. He called me back quickly to schedule coming out to my residence to help. Upon waiting, I was able to unlock the door and didn’t need his service. He understood and was happy to help in the future if needed.

I called them on the phone and asked if they could make a copy of a key, the man said yes and to come to the shop and I said I would be there in a few min. I arrived and doors are locked.vvi called the man again and he said he will call his mobile technician to come up here. The tech called and said he can't make they key to the padlock. I called the man back again and he said the guy normally here is out. Really poor service and wasted my time.
