Recently I needed a 2-story vinyl / brick beach house pressure washed. The house had not been washed in years. Chad arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, to set up his equipment (very much appreciated). He thoroughly washed the house and cleaned the windows in 100 degree weather. Chad did an excellent job. He even washed the detergent off the bushes and vegetation several times (most people fail to do that). I will use Blackiston Property Services for all my home pressure washing needs. Fantastic job!

I highly recommend Blackiston Pressure Wash and Property Management for your pressure washing needs! We opted to have house, driveway, walkway, front and back patio cleaned. I had some stubborn stains on my driveway from dyed mulch. Chad was able to completely remove them without damage. He does a great job to care for plants and bushes prior to applying cleaning solutions too. I am very pleased with the services provided and will continue to use their services in the future!
