BLACKline HHP Products

I own a fence company in Pennsylvania; we have been in business since 1981. We recently used Blackline’s products for a unique/custom install. I’m hooked. Any opportunity I have to quote black vinyl will head directly to Blackline. Excellent communication. Fair pricing. Quick turnaround. Quality product. Highly recommend!

We have ordered from Zach at Blackline several times. Superior black material that holds up well and is easy to work with. Excellent and timely communications and quick nationwide shipping. Definitely better than the average PVC product with top notch customer service support before and after the sale.

The product looks nice from a distance, but many of the horizontal rails are warped. The sales rep was not responsive in general, provided no updates after order etc. The post sales person/coordinator did try to help when I had questions about lack of shop drawings or install related questions. The gates are only half height and my dog can run through the welded wire I used, major drawback in design if you are using in conjunction with welded wire. Overall it looks good, but not a great sales experience and unhappy with the warped rails.
