We recently had the pleasure of working with Blackrock Asphalt for the repaving and striping of our parking lot at Winters & Yonker. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail surpassed our expectations. We personally dealt directly with Chris Hill. He kept us well-informed at every stage of the project, promptly addressing any concerns or questions we had. Blackrock’s ability to effectively coordinate and execute the paving work, with no disruption to our daily Monday - Friday office operations, was commendable. Your work is decent ! However I don't think many people would agree how the crews clean the equipment spraying diesel fuel all over & soaking the ground in public view....leaving contaminated soil behind with no clean up of the environment near !! Maybe the EPA will be happy to issue a fine ! This is ridiculous! Here is a tip ...clean the equipment right after use instead of the next day when the asphalt has hardened on everything ...why does the environment have to suffer because of the crews laziness?

I am with ASI Landscape Management in Tampa, FL. We had a pothole/obstruction in the middle of our parking lot. Not only did Blackrock come out and fix it, they did everything to the T and were efficient as well. Everyone was very professional and nice. We could not recommend this company enough and we know who to call if something like this ever happens in the future!

Very professional company from sales rep to final rolling. Driveway looks great with no seams showing. They caused some minor damage to walkway tile but took care of it. Highly recommend.
