I would highly recommend this company. Jared just left and I am so thankful he was able to get my unit running so that I could have heat again! I had been using emergency heat and God only knows how much that’s going to cost me. I will say that I called 2 other companies in McMinnville before I called Black’s and one place, I have still not gotten a call back. The other gave me a very rude response and basically told me I would just have to wait for warmer weather for my unit to work. Never even came and looked at it. Black’s called me back quickly and came out as soon as they could. Kara was super friendly on the phone. Jared was also really nice and had diagnosed the problem within probably 15 minutes. Black's Heat and Air LLC has been fantastic for our barndo build. They had an excellent price for the work we need done. Their crew was efficient and polite. I recently followed up with them for a copy of an inspection, and their office was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

Black's Did an amazing job. Just moved into my house in September. When it got cold my heat wasn't working. Call another company out and less than I week later it wasn't working again. Black's made it out same day and got me taking care of. Very professional service tech. Definitely will be using them permanently 😍

My family has been using Blacks heating and air for years. They are excellent people and provide excellent service in all they do each day. They are not one to install then disappear. They always follow up and are always there is issues arise. Keep up the amazing work.

I have been a customer for a while now and I have to say I'm done with the disappointment. Lost heat over the weekend, tech didn't really care about my lizard or my kid when I wanted to know how long it would take to fix. Barely looked at our unit. Told us what was supposedly "wrong" (Needed a new heat kit) and then left. No quote, no calls to office to check on parts. Just 4 times repeating "it's 75$ for the call" and a ton of "I don't knows". He took our money, said I'd get a call and left. After no call the next day I gave up, I called a different company who told me that when my unit was supposedly maintenanced a couple months
