People don’t remember what you say or do, but they always remember how you make them feel. This morning, I was treated dismissively at reception and made to feel unimportant, despite being a long-standing client. Basic courtesy goes a long way. Kindness is free—but loyal clients are not, and today one was lost.

We have been with Black’s for almost a year now. Our lawn looks amazing! There’s grass growing in places that have never had grass before. The weeds are almost gone! Neighbors are stopping me asking what I’m doing to my lawn. We also use the bug service and haven’t seen an ant or palmetto bug since. Very pleased with both services.

One of their drivers followed so closely behind me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I will never use their company.

I use Blacks spray service for the lawns. It has reduced the amount of mosquitos, and my lawn has never looked so good! They sent someone out to tell me what was wrong with my shrubs (large brown spots on leaves). He was very knowledgeable and professional.

I can truly appreciate the customer service that Blacks provides. I take pride in my lawn and so does Blacks. Courteous, responsive and will take the time to explain what my lawn care needs. Thank you
