Thank you Bobby for coming to our rescue on this frigid day! It was so cold out but you were determined to help us! You saved our asses, literally! I highly recommend these guys! This isn’t the first time I’ve used their services (plumbing, HVAC) and it won’t be the last!!

We have been using Bobby of Blacksburg Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years at our home and office. They always resolve the problem and come immediately when called with an emergency. They work wonderful with the town and projects go smoothly. I would not use anyone else.

Had a big leak in my water heater TP valve - found at 6 AM with a lot of water already making a mess. Reached the on-call person by calling the main number - he gave me immediate advice, and was out to fix it before 10 AM. I was overjoyed at the quick fix and fair price. They will be my go-to from now on!

Shane replaced a kitchen faucet for me. He was on time, professional, and worked hard. Couldn't have asked for a better result: clean, nicely done, and works perfectly. He was friendly and showed me what the extra pieces that came with the faucet were for. I was very satisfied with the entire experience - from scheduling to the completion of the job. Recommend without reservations!

I won’t get into specifics, but I used them once and was highly disappointed by the overall experience. I called the next day and asked to speak to the owner to have an open and frank discussion about my dissatisfaction with the company. I was told that the owner was very busy but I asked him to call me back. That was over a week ago. He never called me back. I will not use them again or recommend them.
