We had an excellent experience with Black Sheep Building and highly recommend Tucker, Gabe, and Brock. They renovated our primary bathroom, and the tile work and attention to detail are outstanding. They also cut a new doorway and built a new master closet, including moving walls, and everything was done seamlessly. Our new front door was a challenging install that required extra, unexpected work, and they went above and beyond to make sure it fit properly and was done right. They also refreshed our older upstairs bathroom, handling unexpected paint issues professionally. What really set them apart was how they ran the project: they worked quickly and efficiently, stayed focused on our job until it was finished, and the price stayed exactly as quoted—all things that were very important

We added a 20X20 foot addition on to our house which included the same space in the lower level. No small thing considering that our house is built into a hill. It took an enormous excavation and was a very challenging project! We are so happy with the outcome, it is perfect! Gabe and Tucker were so easy to work with keeping us informed throughout the process about important details.They have a team of workers that are second to none. The new addition which included a new foyer, bathroom and kitchen upstairs and workshop with additional storage area downstairs. They also added new decking, new siding, roof, new windows and exterior doors. They totally transformed our home! We will be forever grateful for their top notch work at a very fair price. Gabe is the man. Had an awesome experience with him and his crew. He was always on time and adhered to our contract completely. Every time he said he'd show up, he did. If he needed to move activities, he gave lots of notice. Never asked me for payment for milestones until they were 100% done. The quality of his work was phenomenal, we really lucked out working with him and I would 100% do it again. Gabe & Tucker just finished our stairs & flooring to our loft. Gabe was the lead in this project. They were absolutely the best! Very professional, knowledgeable, and gave great advice for additional items needing to be completed. They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up. We'll be working with in the near future. Highly recommended. Best contractors we've used for projects for over 20 years downstate & up north projects. Also great personable guys.

Griff's Carpentry were fantastic remodeling our main floor including the kitchen, bathroom and dining room. They gave great suggestions which helped things to run smooth. Everything is professionally done and the finished product looks great, beyond our expectations.
