Blackshot Sealcoat was easy to work with, used a quality material, and were certainly knowledgeable about their craft. They answered all my questions, and spent the time to make sure a quality application of the product. They were able to replace a section of my parking lot that was excavated for a sewer line repair, in addition to thoroughly cleaning, crack filling, and sealing the rest of my parking lot. They were even able to simplify and increase the efficiency of my parking layout with newly painted new lines, arrows, and curbs. The crew was professional, friendly, and trustworthy. If I had additional properties I would certainly use them again in the future.

We had our entire property Seal Coated by Blackshot at the end of their season. Our property has 75k sq. ft. of parking lot and Blackshot was able to complete the project for us! They helped us coordinate with residents. They were kind even when tenants gave them a hard time. We have had 2 contractors comment that this was the best quality sealcoating they have ever seen. Blackshot uses a thicker material but it made our 30+ year old property look brand new again! Ownership, Corporate, and our tenants are all pleased with the seal quality and the painting they did. They use an east coast paint that lasts WAY longer than west coast paint. 10/10 will recommend every time!

Great experience ! The crew was very professional and courteous. They showed up first thing in the am and did a thorough job of cleaning and prepping our driveway for the repair areas and crack sealing that they performed prior to the seal-coat application. We couldn't have asked for a better job. We had Blackshot seal and repair our aging asphalt drive and parking areas. Gabe and the crew were efficient, very careful around decks and concrete patios. When asked for clarification or suggestions they were extremely helpful but didn't steer us one way or the other, just laid out the options, pros and cons. We'd hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them!

Blacksmith Sealcoating recently repaired and sealed our driveway. The crew did an excellent job and paid close attention to details. I was impressed that they took care to tape off some brick curbing so as not to get sealer on it. Highly recommend!!
