I called to have my 1500 gallon septic tank pumped out. Dan arrived on time and got right to work without hesitation... after all of the fluids and loose solids were pumped out, he discovered that there was a BIG bed of roots at the bottom of the tank! Dan literally got on his hands and knees to efficiently and precisely remove the ENTIRE spongy root mess piece by piece! He does extremely thorough work and I definitely, highly recommend him! His work is impeccable and his price is Unbeatable!

Wow!! Let me just say, I was in need of emergency service!! I needed someone fast because everything was backing up! I was seriously in a panic and balling because we live in the country ,no one was answering , school starts tomorrow, everything was a mess and water was EVERYWHERE! I didn’t know who to call. I’m so glad I called this number because his sweet wife answered and she had Her husband call me back with in minutes. He was amazing with letting me know when about he would be here and when he did get here (FAST) he did an amazing job!! He was kind , focused and did his job well!

I called Blackwater after reading the positive Google reviews; I am glad that I did. My parents needed to have their septic tank emptied and explore what was causing their system to be backed up. It had been about 5 years since they had it pumped out last, and their former provider had sadly passed away, so we didn’t know where to go to. Dan came out as soon as possible and quickly resolved the issue and was very professional. Their service fees are very reasonable, and their customer service is excellent. Dan went above and beyond to take care of my parent’s septic system and ensure that any blockages were resolved in addition to clearing out the tank. Dan came out to help diagnose an issue we were having with our septic system. He was very polite and professional for the whole experience. He stayed longer than expected after the diagnosis to help try to resolve the issue. Even with the excess account of time it took to help resolve the issue the cost was still very fair. 100% would recommend.
