Blain's Farm & Fleet - Holland, Michigan

This location is always clean and usually friendly….but man. Today 2/21/26 at around 12:30pm I checked out in lane 2 (the second lane in from the doors). The cashier, a young short girl with glasses and a black head wrap realllllyyyyyy needs some education on customer service before you lose customers. If I am spending money at a store, I will not return to a store that has employees that make the customer feel like an absolute bother for paying YOUR paycheck by coming through your lane to pay for product. Leave your issues at the door and cheer up.

I checked their web page to be sure they carried an item I needed, andvit told me they had available for drive thru pickup in an hour. It's about an hour drive for me so I went to pick it up. When I got there they were out of stock!

ALIGNMENT ISSUES, THEY WILL NOT RESPECT YOUR CAR HERE. I don't think anyone's going to see this, but I decided to post this anyways as a warning. I've gone here a few times for alignments with varying results. Just recently, I had a tech- Eric- work on my car for a basic alignment. He has a history of poor alignments with my car it seems like because the wheels point straight but the steering wheel is tilted about 1 to 2 degrees to the left when driving after he's done working on it. I've addressed this to him before and he hasn't done anything about it. This last time will be my last time ever going here because I WATCHED HIM DUMP THE CLUTCH AND SPUN THE WHEELS in my car for his test drive. Another tech watched and smiled at him while doing so. Large variety of products at decent prices. Their pet, clothing and kids areas are great. Store was clean and staff was friendly, we'll shop there again when we're in Holland.

NOT DOG FRIENDLY. Do not take your pets into non-pet-friendly stores. Clean and fun finds. Blains: Educate your staff and ask any handler who comes in the two legal questions please! I have asked multiple times for y'all to kick out pets who are behaving aggressively towards my sdit with no action on your end. Please educate yourselves on the laws regarding pets and service animals!
