Blair Maintenance

Jamie was recommended by a family friend when we urgently needed a plumbing repair. My brother had been in the hospital and was being discharged and he had a water leak at his house. I called Jamie and he went to look at the issue and his crew had it repaired for us the very next day. Very friendly, a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely call him again for future needs. He is the type of guy that I would trust by a handshake.

*Update 12/3/2022* After just three years the shingles Blair put on my roof are now coming off in giant chunks and sliding down the roof. All the nails went all the way through the shingles and nothing was holding entire sections on. I brought in another roofer to assess it and help me tarp it up and he found several other problems with the roof as well. I now haft to pay, again, to have my roof fixed, again, because Blair Maintenance did a terrible job. Stay away from these guys. --------------------------------------------- My roof has leaked more water since Blair put a new one on than it did in the previous 30 years. Would highly recommend Blair Maintenance for your home repairs. Jeremy and his team are the best. They took out my kitchen, livingroom and 1 bedroom floors and had them replaced in 2 days. They are affordable, do an excellent job, show up at the right time and you are allowed to be present while the work is done. Would I have them do other repairs at my home, yes in a heartbeat.
