Blair's Property Inspections

Austin Blair may perform exemplary home inspections, however the gentleman he sent out to perform our inspections (who introduced himself as a "claims adjuster"), Clyde, DOES NOT. He missed obvious safety issues and none of the many issues were documented in the inspection report. I've reached out to owner Austin Blair, who initially showed what appeared to be genuine concern. When I followed up today, over a month later after not hearing back, he responded that he is very busy, working 7 days a week. I hope he is able to make time from his busy schedule to assist with our many concerns we have been unfortunately left with after Clyde's less than stellar inspections. We had an outstanding experience with Austin and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail. From start to finish, the process was thorough, organized, and incredibly informative. Although it was a new build, Austin carefully went over every aspect of the home and discovered any and all defects. His report was extremely thorough, easy to understand, and was delivered promptly. I would definitely want Austin as my home inspector in any future home purchase and would recommend him to anyone who needs their home to be inspected.

Austin came and did a 4 Point Inspection for my elderly mom. He got the inspection done quickly, efficiently, and for a very fair price. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, arrived right on time and had the report back to me later that evening. Thank you Austin for excellent service !
