Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent experience with Blalock Heating & Air this past week. They came highly recommended by a close friend who owned a successful commercial heating business, and the recommendation was spot on. We were having issues with our 5-year-old A/C unit—the compressor simply wouldn’t stay on to heat or cool the house. The technicians were quintessential professionals; they took all the time necessary to properly diagnose the problem rather than rushing the job. Their pricing is extremely reasonable—so much so that we’ve already signed up for their bi-annual servicing. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend them to my closest friends and family!

Woke up Sunday morning after Thanksgiving freezing! Called Blalock at 9:45 and Robert was at my house by 10:30! I was so impressed that Robert actually answered the phone and not an answering service. He was so personable and quickly figured out the problem. Bad wiring done by another company and had nearly caught on fire! We were so lucky and I’m so thankful for calling Blalock! Robert was amazing and such a joy to talk to. He really wanted to get us warm and he did! Within an hour the heat was running! Thank you Robert and thank you Blalock for being such an awesome business. Reminded me of the good ole days!

Blalock was efficient, always did what they said, and were straightforward throughout the quoting and installation of a full HVAC system in our home. The people in the office are always very nice and helpful. I am very appreciative of the technician calling ahead to let me know he is on his way and how long it will take him to get to my house. I felt he was very thorough when checking our ac units. He even cleaned them and explained everything he did and why. I highly recommend Blalock.
