After being burned by Lowe's multiple times, I was happy just to give my money to someone else, especially a local, family owned business. Beyond that, their service was exceptional, and kept us posted when they would receive what we were looking for. Delivery guys were great, respectful, and extremely helpful. They made sure to hook us up with what we needed. And overall, the prices were much better than anywhere else. I will only be looking here from now on.

Had an issue with my gas log fireplace unit. Couldn't get fixed in time before leaving for home. Blaylock was the only supply store within 50 miles that had an exact fit unit in stock. This hardware store has a tremendous amount of everyday items plus the hard to find products also. The associates are very helpful and experienced to provide exactly what you may need. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about how positive our experience has been with Myra and her team. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question and concern we had. We could have dealt with anyone in Knoxville, but a friend said go to Sevierville and you won’t regret it. Boy she was right. We got a fair deal, no haggling, just great service. Then with 2 separate deliveries, the delivery guys were friendly, conscientious about moving the appliances in, and made sure not to mess anything up. You have a customer for life. Before going to a big box store for your appliances here's a few things to consider. Three years ago I purchased 5 appliances from Blalocks and saved almost $1,000 compared to a local box store. The staff there was so informative and helpful. Taking the time to help me figure out which style of each appliance was best suited for my needs. Three years later my refrigerator stopped working and of course I did't buy the extended warranty. My husband called Blalocks for a recommended repair guy. Sherri looked up our info, that she had on file, and it turned out that the fridge had a promo 5 year warranty. She called GE and set up an appointment for us.
