Fabulous Group! Jacob was here today to handle semi-annual services on my heat/air unit I can't say enough positive about this organization! I have been a client for many years--even after James Earl transitioned company to new owners--nothing has changed. When you call--you actually can speak to a person in the office -- and same techs show up at my house--they know my system and where my dehumidifier is located in my crawl space. Everything is seamless and easy. Wow!!!!! Service doesn't get better than that!! I would recommend that everyone take advantage of their service plans.

Blanchard is a great company. Service and install of refrigeration and HVAC in the area for many, many, years. The technicians are well trained and professional. I have also found the technicians to be very friendly and someone you would welcome into your business. I have worked with the company for many years and highly recommend them. Joe Blanchard is a true professional with the highest degree of character. Great team!

I tried to get a tech to come out on a Saturday to repair a system that runs a number of walk-in coolers. They have worked on this system before, so they are familiar with it. This is why I called them. This was a urgent do to an upcoming event we had thousands of dollars worth of food at risk . The initial call was put in around 2:45 PM was informed the tech on call would call me back. Never heard from the tech never received a call. Two hours later I called back again no return call from the tech. Two more hours later I called back still no return call. It is now 7:45 pm finally ended up having to call another company to come do the repair who arrived in 35 minutes. Will never use this company again.

While shopping in Walmart, of Clinton, NC, one of their employees was working on some freezers, with the ladder behind him partially in the middle of the aisle. As I turned the corner to go down this aisle, my shopping cart bumped the ladder. And I, a middle age man, was then verbally accosted, by this young man, who freely threw the f bomb at me, and when I told him he didn't need to talk to me like that way, He told me, the Walmart shopper ,I better go on. I reported this incident to store management, and also contacted his employer, and they were very apologetic for his behavior. I trust this young man is not an example of the employees that work for this company. I again, appreciated the respect and kindness given to me from management.

I own a local business and sometimes things don't work quite as we plan and its always good to work with intuitive folks that don't mind thinking outside the box! Great Customer Service!
