Strongly Recommend, and I normally don’t do Reviews. Nice family-run business, 35 yrs ‘Mom’ took the call on Saturday, First question asked is if there was a vehicle stuck in garage (only company that asked, they would have come right away if there were). - Sent pics of broken spring and garage door while talking on phone. And then gave me accurate estimates (and reasonable) while we talked and made appt for Monday AM. Made it painless w/o surprises Son Sal came Monday AM right away, didn’t try to upsell. Knew what he was doing …finished the job quickly and very happy.

EXTREMELY happy with them. I called around, got one guy who kept promising to come out and never did, and another who have me a crazy expensive quote! I saw the good reviews here, so I have them a call and got a very professional woman on the phone who booked me. I was at work on lunch, so I left the agreed upon money on the table for two springs, and left a note asking if they could look at why my garage door opener sometimes doesn't work. I come back after work to see it's done same day, they only changed one spring because the other one was fine and gave me the difference back, AND changed my lightbulbs FOR FREE because LED bulbs can apparently affect the garage door opener. I have now used Blando twice, once for a spring replacement and recently for a gear replacement in the opener. The front office team is friendly and well-versed in potential issues and costs and was able to get me scheduled quickly. Billy and Cole came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, advised on a repair without an upsell, and did the repair right on the spot while being very friendly and clear about what they were doing and why. I don't write reviews very often, but after two very good experiences, I wanted to give this team a shout-out!
