Our service man showed up. Went straight to work. Very courteous, kind and thoughtful. Had everything checked out, up and running within a hour. When his job was completed and a little conversation, we discovered we had attended the same church. We also had several mutual friends. Our job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. Thank you for all your hard work and help. We are now warm and cozy once again. Would highly recommend your company.

I have been using Bland for almost 10 years and they are the best! Let me just say we had an emergency last year and I freaked and called Canady's and the worker Canady sent sabotaged my unit and upcharged me. I will NEVER use another company again. Blands people are always respectful, on time, and talk you through everything as they do it. Love the company and love the family! Great rates and incredible service!

I called them to get the price of a unit and they were more fair than any of the other local AC companies. This is by far the best AC business that I ever had. They treat you like family. Very kind, Christian family and this was a plus for me. They service quite a few of my family members. I had to call them for my mom about a week ago because her heater stopped working. They came and did what needed to be done. Three or four days went by and they just dropped in to make sure she didn't need them. If you want someone you can rely on and come when promised, this is the company you need to choose. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great company!!!!

Bland's air and electrical are extremely efficient and honest! They installed my HVAC unit. My heat stopped working so I called canadys and they diagnosed it completely wrong and said my compressor went out when all it was was a wiring issue . Blands air had someone come out the same day I called them, fixed it super quick and I had heat that same night. Very communicative and professional and really care about their customers. Glad to be in good hands with them!

Another part of this process that made it smoother than any other, is they were able to prioritize; get my unit installed within TWO days of calling them, and they are very trustworthy as to, I was able to work and not have to be there with them while they were inside my home and I had absolutely nothing to worry about with them!
