They were on time. They were EXTREMELY friendly. And they went out of their way to make sure my furnace was working before the end of the day, even though they had to secure a special part. I am 100% happy with their service and professionalism.

Yesterday afternoon our furnace failed due to wear and tear. First American our home warranty company, assigned our inquiry to a local contractor. The contractor contacted me via telephone and was honest about the turnaround time which would be January 26, 2026. Today is January 20, 2026! The weather is in the single digits and it blustery cold. I called the warranty company back to report what the contractor said and was provided information about another contractor who was two miles away from our home. Wavey was AMAZING! He was timely, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He provided us with a detailed description of what the root causes were.
