Blaze Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing - Cape Fear

Fast fix to allow us to use the water in our house again! Chris was kind and professional. He could have capped the valve at the tub to allow us to use water in the rest of the house but he went over and above to attach a cut off tube to allow me to continue to use the tub while we get a new faucet part. I appreciate him doing a little extra when he heard I love baths! We chose blaze plumbing since they sponsored canines for service, an organization we volunteer for! Thank you!

2nd review for work July 29th and 30th: Although my 1st experience was stellar, our 2nd tech who came out to stop some sweating AC lines, still bringing water into a closet and subfloor, was not as good. The job was subpar and later that night we discovered more water around pipes and in the closet. We had to have Blaze send out a new person today to correct the issue. I thank Blaze for a quick follow-up and they sent a great worker...Colby. He quickly removed all the insulation from the job the day before and sealed everything the way it should have been done in the first place. Colby did a great job and took time to make sure everything was done right and even sealed lines into the subfloor and crawlspace. I hated having to have a second person come to redue the job, but it was necessary

We needed emergency HVAC service over the weekend, and Blaze truly came through. I was anxious about getting it fixed before leaving town the next day, but they promptly sent Michael Parker to help. He was incredibly polite and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, and restored our heat. I’m so grateful for his excellent service!

Blaze Plumbing is amazing. Lorenzo Gonzalez was great to work with. He spent time evaluating our plumbing system and made great suggestions and repaired a couple of toilets that had been overlooked. He also install a Essency hot water heater that will make our life better and warmer. I would highly recommend Blaze Plumbing based on my experience.

This is the second time we have had Blaze out to help me diagnose an issue with my AC system. Zachary was out both times. He is amazing and very knowledgeable. He works fast and is thorough but also shares as much information as I can get out of him at the time. Definitely would recommend!
