These guys might cost a little more than some other places, but their responsiveness and level of service has been top notch every single time. They always do the job right and their technicians have all been knowledgeable, respectful, and excellent to deal with. Shout out to Brandon and Gavin, who got my Mom's furnace running the same day it quit (in the middle of winter), you guys are fantastic.

Jacob B was wonderful in assisting us with our semi-emergency just before 8PM. He was dispatched out and discovered the problem, made a plan of action, then was very transparent about what the costs could be upon completion. He was unable to finish that night and explained that he would be back in the morning. When he returned, he was very thorough in making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. He made sure the little things were given the same attention as the big things. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the results. I would strongly recommend Blessing for your HVAC needs. Ask for Jacob!

Where do we start?? So many kind & caring people. Our furnace went down at 1:02am on Saturday morning with O.S. temps below 20°. At this point. we knew we was in trouble. I called Blessings and spoke with Kelly in which she stated, help will be on the way around noon. Awesome.... Dallas Fuja showed up to give a diagnoses of the situation in which there were a couple options given. Best outcome was a new furnace due to our's being over 25 years old. The representative listened and coordinated a technician to visit the same day. Jacob B arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. I was really impressed and grateful at how well spoken and knowledgeable he was at diagnosing the problem. I was very happy with the service I received from Blessing. I called on a Sunday and heard back from Eric, the technician on call, in a very short time. He was very thorough in diagnosing what was wrong with my furnace and explaining to me what needed to be done. He called me back first thing on Monday morning to let me know the part I needed was ordered. and that he would let me know when it arrived. I received a call Tuesday that the part had arrived and I was able to schedule an appointment to have it installed later that day. Two things stand out in my mind from my experience.
