Today was great! Tim and Greg arrived a little after 9 and were basically done in 20 minutes, replacing the plastic side rails in a sliding window and then replacing a window in a crank out due to the wooden lower frame rotting out after 26 years. Tim then explained that the bare wood would need to be stained and sealed and gave a fair demonstration of what needed to be done soon. We were impressed with the efficiency of their work. Thanks again!

We had the pleasure of having Tim and Oscar come out and replace a cracked window at our house. Exceptional customer service. They were very professional in their work and took extra time as I had several questions about the windows and maintenance and things of that nature and they were extremely helpful and insightful appreciated. The time that they spent after the window was replaced was just excellent customer service.

Oscar was very nice and spent the time to check every window. I had some window stripping come loose due to a new house just “settling” and he replaced the ones that needed fixing. It was a simple repair. He also reinforced the stripping and made sure the windows were smooth to open and close . If I have any issues later; he told me to call and re- addressed again. I don’t foresee any issues. I recommend Bliffert to everyone.

The door looks AMAZING!!! After it was installed by a contractor, the battery operated lock wasn’t fully operating correctly. Bliffert responded to my concern and sent their Door Whisperer-Tim, out to look at it. He knows all the in’s & outs when it comes to fine tuning adjustments. It now works perfectly.
