I recently called BHP to give me a diagnosis on my furnace that stopped working. They quickly found the issue and said it was a bad circuit board. Unfortunately I could not afford to pay for them to repair the problem. I explained my situation to the gentleman and he a gave me a real quick run through on how to change the part safely if I needed to replace it my self. A week later after the new circuit board came that I ordered I safely replaced it my self following the safty directions he gave me and my furnace is running great again. Im extremely thankful they found exactly what was wrong with my furnace and for the safety tips they gave me knowing financially I was going to have to do it my self. Thank you BHP!

Our furnace stopped working and it’s extremely cold this weekend. Despite it being 7:30 on a Sunday night, they were here within half an hour and quickly had it up and running again.

We called Saturday without heat. Don came out personally within an hour. Sent a technician back first thing Monday am to install temporary valve until furnace can be replaced soon. Grandma has heat-very content! Thank you!!!

👍👍👍Wonderful experience! The guys came out to do a gas line repair on our century old building: they were on time, conscientious, diligent, and polite, working right up until the job was finished. This wasn't an easy repair being both inside/outside, but the job was well done! A definate recommend!

Don was out at our house within 25 minutes of calling. He was very informative giving tips and things to check in the future and was able to get our A/C running within 30 minutes of arriving. I highly recommend he’s the best around.
