We had BLM redo our old basement stairway. Brandon was our estimator and Jason and Chad did the tear out and replacement. Excellent job from beginning to end and working in old houses is not easy. The stairs curved and I know nothing was square or level. The stairs are good and solid now. They even came back and redid one of the stairs that was off a bit which we didn’t notice the day they left. Prompt, on time, pleasant and professional. Great job everyone!

We highly recommend these guys! We recently had them come in to demo our partially finished basement. Drew came out initially to write an estimate. He was very transparent about what the team could do and how soon things would happen. He came out again with Jake, the project manager, once we signed the contract. We walked through the entire basement discussing what was staying and what was going. Once the demo was about to start, Jake kept us in the loop about all the details we would need. Andy and Mike were great to work with. They were here for four days total and showed up on time every day. They were friendly and walked us through some things they found during the demo. They also clearly marked things so that we have a better understanding of the basement when we want to move forwar

We had a door replaced and a drywall repaired in out garage. BLM (Jason Lusk) came out quickly and gave us a quote the same day at a fair price. Everything was listed clearly and easy to process. Andy Akin did most of the work (was helped by Mike Reigh the first day) and they were a pleasure to work with. The finished job looks great. No mess or cleanup. This morning we had some damage to a commercial door caused by a driver from our warehouse. BLM had installed the door a while ago so I reached out to them to get it fixed. Ryan, who I worked with on the installation, was here almost immediately. Since their service dept. couldn't get to it right away he came out and fixed it himself. In less than an hour he had it all squared away. They're a great company and Ryan is a great guy to work with.
