When I first had damage due to a storm he was quick to come out the day after and tarp my roof to prevent further damage. While battling with my insurance to get a paid claim with them only covering to replace sections of shingles on my roof, he was patient and helpful to provide any information possible to help me especially since my roof was also 20 years old. He had a great crew that was quick to do my huge roof in 2 days.
