I have to say this is one stand up quality company. They pay attention to detail and was so attentive from beginning to end . The sales guy , George was so detailed and recommended everything for me . He told me what I should do and I spent a little more but when I tell you money well spent is an understatement with the satisfaction. The panoramic view is INSANE. After the job was completed my brand new floors had a few marks on it. The team asked me if I was satisfied and realized that I want happy about the floors. They had a team come out and pressure clean everything just to make me happy. This is what I’m talking about as a stand up company!

Excellent Craftsmanship & Service! We are beyond satisfied with Blue Coast and our new screen enclosure. The final result is absolutely perfect. STAY AWAY! Based on my personal experience, I am left to believe that the positive reviews aren't real, and the negative reviews are accurate. About 18 months ago Blue Coast installed a pergola in my back yard as part of a pool project. I have had numerous issues with the pergola that include failed inspections, extremely poor workmanship, bubbling paint, a leaking roof and no warranty. I brought numerous warranty issues to their attention via email with pictures. They charged me $375 to have two guys show up to look at the issues. I reluctantly paid, because the issues with the pergola significantly detract from my pool project. Mike our salesman was great! He explained everything to us in detail and gave us some ideas regarding the design of our enclosure. The office staff was friendly and responsive. The installation was done quickly and with no issues. I would highly recommend Mike and his team at Blue coast for patio enclosures. We are very happy with the results!!
