Blue Coast Construction

Blue coast is currently working on our apartment complex and let me start by saying as a resident that some (not all) of the workers have been VERY disrespectful of the property. They have been throwing garbage all over the place, leaving food, water bottles, cigarettes, paper bags, cans, receipts, toilet paper from their porta-potty in the grass. They have thrown things like chicken bones in the grass which are especially dangerous for dogs, and both of my dogs snatched pieces of them up! Behind my building is a steep hill that goes down to a fenced area, and there is a ton of garbage wedged underneath the fence that had been deliberately thrown down the hill.
