Blue Collar Appliances

I have gotten several appliances from this place and they all break shortly thereafter. It appears a half-hearted attempt to clean them is made, but they’re still filthy. I have found spots that are rusted out and appliances missing parts. It’s no surprise that they don’t do refunds. They’re only charging slightly less than what these items cost brand new, so I would advise you to spend the extra $1-200 . You get brand new with a warranty from a reputable company and pass on this junk peddler. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Bought a Bosch refrigerator, December of 2023, a third of the price new. Was told to bring back if didn't work. Only The ice maker failed, but it eventually started to work on its own. I will not be 🛒 for any new appliances again. Excellent people to deal with also!

Very nice, clean store! Plenty to choose from with reasonable prices! A plus for me..I recommend this place for good appliances.

I would give zero stars if it was possible! Bought a fridge that worked for less than two weeks. Not sure what their scam is but they have one. They know how to get something to work just long enough to fool you. Please don’t be fooled. There are no returns which should have told us something. There should at least be returns within a 60 day period. They need to close down.

Bought a stove. Promised it worked. It didn't. Called and messaged multiple times before i finally got a response and was told I could I bring it back so they could fix it. Cause I really want to be stuck wasting my time, energy, and gas going back and forth. Fixed it myself, but that only lasted a few months before it had another problem. How about don't sell broken things? And if you do, why don't you come and pick it up or fix it instead expecting the customer to do all the work?
