Do not trust at all without anything in writing!!!!!! I can not get a final itemized bill It's been 3 months waiting ... $75,000 labor and paint No parts included in that price. I purchased All New sheet metal Cab Is really only original metal Not the color i wanted .... Asked for Midnight Blue Metallic Bedliner looks Stupid Never tested the color or called .. The boys there can't get along well enough to make a decision or call and just do what they want .. They Fixed new parts and never called to say they were received with damages!!! I absolutely Hate My Truck Now And Noone cares Sitting on a $20,000 max truck with almost $90,000 total investment And it's NOT PUT TOGETHER!!!

I was driving my 55 F100 to work when I lost power. I went to have it towed to Blue Collar because I had heard recently from a few guys I trust that they are the place to go. Unfortunately nobody could tow it because it was lowered. I called up Blue Collar and they said let me see what we can do. They found someone to tow it and stayed late so that we could get it inside. The next morning they had the problem diagnosed and called to let me know what my options were and what it was going to cost. Very upfront and professional. I went to pick it up a few days later and I got about a mile away and it wouldn't shift. This was a totally unrelated issue. I am very happy with the professionalism and work this group of guys did for me. I am working on a 73 Vette that needed a new frame. I hired Blue collar to move the body from the old frame to the new frame. Unfortunately, the birdcage in the Vette needed extra work to replace some of the metal. I chose to have them fix it. When I picked the car up it was everything I expected and more. Rob took time to let me know all the things they did to it. He gave me a heads up on things to think about down the road. I will be putting it all back together between now and summer. I will be taking it to them in a couple of years to have them paint the car.
